When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, chosen services, preferred date and time, and — for home visits — your address. Email and notes are optional. When you submit a review we collect the name you give us, your rating and your comments.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm and prepare your appointment, to contact you about it, and to send an appointment reminder if you gave us an email address. Approved reviews are published on this site under the name you supplied.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. It is visible only to the studio, and to the hosting and email providers that run this website on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while they remain useful for your appointment history. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask for a published review to be taken down. Contact us on any of the channels listed on the contact page.

Cookies
