Booking Terms

These terms cover appointments booked through this website. They are here so there are no surprises on the day.

Bookings are requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a confirmed appointment. We reply on WhatsApp or Viber to confirm the slot. Your appointment is only held once we have confirmed it.

Prices

Prices shown are starting prices. The final amount depends on length, condition, products and the design agreed on the day, and is confirmed with you before we begin.

Home visits

Home visits are available across Kathmandu Valley and carry a travel surcharge based on distance. We need a clean, well-lit space with a power socket, and enough time to set up and pack down.

Changes and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel — a day ahead where possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.

Running late

If you arrive late we will do as much as the remaining time allows, so the client after you is not kept waiting.

Health and allergies

Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, medication or pregnancy before your appointment. We may recommend a patch test or decline a treatment where it would not be safe.

Photos

We sometimes photograph finished work for the portfolio. Just tell us if you would rather we did not — it changes nothing about your appointment.
